Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Have all original tags and packaging intact.
- Be returned within 30 days of receiving the order.
Please note that we do not accept returns on:
- Sale items or gift cards.
- Digital products, such as downloadable workout templates or programs.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email our customer service team at returns@greatgainz.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- For exchanges, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@greatgainz.com with photos of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, including:
- Underwear
- Socks
- Swimwear
- Additionally, digital products like workout templates are non-refundable once purchased and downloaded.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Double-check your bank or payment provider.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
